Ok, so I have to ask it. Do you really think Jael from America's Next Top Model is 1/2 black? Not that it matters, but I am really curious!
My people come in all shades from ivory to ebony. However, she doesn't seem to have even the tiniest bit of melanin in her skin. Do you buy it? Why does she think she's 1/2 black?
Anyway, I like her a lot -- she's very kind and obviously trying to do something positive after living an obviously hard life!

You can tell Mariah Carey is at least part black, but Jael is supposed to be 1/2 black! When people see me with my own biracial kids, they can definitely see ME in them -- but I cannot see it at all with Jael. It's cool though, 'cause she's cool.
Tiger Woods' Cablanasian butt gets on my nerves! He's a great golfer, but sooner or later he'll RECOGNIZE!

Not sure. But I am so sure she must have friends, family and enemies who would be more than happy to 'tell on her" to the press and on websites. So far I haven't heard anything. At least she happily "claims us." Tiger Woods doesn't seem too eager and we all know he is black. He is "mixed" because he is rich and famous. As soon as her commits a crime he will be described as "the black male perpetrator."

Well Mariah Carey is 1/2 black and you can't really tell with her either. Jael is simply very light. I liked her hair better blonde then as a brunette.

a 100% white and half white half black parents can have a completely white looking baby. so i'm guessing jael's mom has some white in her dna. and mariah carey is not 1/2 black her mother is irish and her father is half black and half latino so if one parent is half white or any race with light skin color the kid can inherit the light skin color.

Well the vocalist of Pussycat dolls is actually a Filipino, Kristine kreuk is half Chinese and Cristina Aguilera had a Native latino blood.
Jael's mom is already a Mullato thats why her dad had a stronger blood. her mom is already part white,
Remember Jade the Biracial Butterfly? She is Part white,Part black and part Cherokee and she looks Asian.
Naima is part black, Part Mexican and Part irish and she looks like a Half Asian,Half white,

Look at Mariah Carieh...she is 1/2 black...but looking at her you cannot tell. Especially when she first came out under matolla...he made her express the "white" side....hmmm...as you, color does not matter to me....its the person....:)

Yes, I think she is. Maybe he father was not very dark and her mother is Irish. She is my favorite on the show right now!
