Hi, my tire went flat and I need a new one but I'm not sure what size to get I see P215 on the tire is that a size or what other info do I need?

Next to the P215 you should see 2 other numbers it should read something like this format P215/##/R##. So if your tire is a P215/65/R15 it would mean you have a 215 tire size with a 65 profile on a 15 inch rim.

it should say p215-75-17, just an example, read all the numbers after the p215.

Hi, I can't answer what size tire you need but I can offer you a suggestion from a women's perspective. When I got a hole in my tire I brought the tire to Canadian Tire (you will probably need some help to take it off your car or if you can bring your car there) and they were very helpful they will tell you the details that you to know about your tire. They were actually able to salvage my tire and it cost me $30 to repair it. So they are reasonably priced.

Find your size quickly bu logging on to: tirerack.com click on tires, they ask for your car male and model. It then tells your standard tire size.

The small book in your glove compartment gives you the tire size. Look in the index under tires. You'll find your info on that page. Good Luck.

There is more numbers -maybe smaller but there. Check another if you can't read off this particular tire.(sometimes they get flipped inside out). mark down everything. the tire store can decipher
