the two top chicks sound the same as a lot of other singers...Gina at least had an original sounding voice and style.

Its horse crap. I mean if Sanjina wins then this is the end of AMerican Idol. Seriously. Its wrong. I mean I like Sanjina only cause he is so bad but he is really ruining it for the other people on idol who actually really do have a great voice.

Rockers just don't do well on this show and I don't understand why... Gina was more original than the rest of the contestants... has well has Blake...but I guess the American public don't know original from shinola. I hope Gina gets pick up and does like Chris D.... He really done better in sales than the top two last season... so we will see... who really wins in the end of this season and I bet IT WILL NOT be the actual winner of Idol.
Hope the voters of sanjaya are pleased with themselves... they are going to ruin a really good show.

okay. last night almost made it the last straw for me. How could Gina leave, she was one of the great rockers of the show that had now turned from a singing compition to who has the best hair compition. She was a great singer. The show will eventually not ever be run agian because of Sanjaya who everyone knows is terrible and needs to leave. He is like a stain who never leaves and even if he does some will still be remembered. He needs to go next week pronto!!!!!

To me Gina was a cross of Pink and Kelly Clarkson. I think she was better than at least 2 of the boys who are still around. I wonder who I'm talking about. After 6 seasons I think its really hard to seem original to the people at home.

I agree I'm not a fan of Melinda or Lakisha...they are boring and typical(yes they are amazing singers but that only goes so far)....Gina was different and unfortunately type cast as they kept saying "resident rocker" which didn't help her....i am amazed that Haley is still there that's the scam...i mean vftw isn't backing her so that means people are actually voting for her because they want to

It goes to show-
Haley is on because of her body.
Sanjaya is on because of Howard Stern and a world full of demented ten-year-olds who will look back sadly in 10 to 20 years and feel ashamed at their crush.
I was hoping that Sundance and Gina who had unique voices would make it. With Jennifer Lopez on next week, I certainly don't feel a huge need to watch the show anymore.

I agree that there must be some scamming going on with Idol.
There is no way Gina should have gone home. Haley was terrible the night before and the fact that all they said was "Great Legs" and "Green is your Color" is proof she can't sing.

Why aren`t people upset that Hayley is still on? The people that hate Sanjaya aren`t saying anything about Hayley because of the Hootchie factor. Gina was robbed!!!!

Yah I'm coming to the conclusion that American Idol is a bad idea. Three great singers have been kicked off while that horrible Sanjaya is still there, it's ridiculous this season.
