1. Remove the horn assembly, usually two screws on the back side of the steering wheel

2. Remove the center nut

3. There are two blind metric threaded holes on either side of the center nut.

4. Drill a piece of 1/2 flat bar to match the bolt holes

5. Place the flat bar on top of the steering shaft.

6. Insert metric bolts & evenly turn down
