Librans are the jewels of the zodiac—the kind you see displayed in Tiffany's windows, not on Woolworth's shelves. They exist to be admired. Their milieu is that of the social arts, the world of good manners and pleasantries.
Don't fret about what topics to discuss. Librans have a great many interests—theater, antiques, decorating, art collecting—and are marvelous conversationalists. Of course, their favorite topic is themselves. You'll discover that even when they appear to be discussing something else, they're really talking about their own interests—in disguise. Pay the most generous compliments you can think of that has some grounding in truth and they'll be charmed by you.
If this becomes a bit wearing for you, switch to some controversial problem currently in the news. Take a strong position without being challenging or disagreeable. Librans are always interested in both sides of a question, and if you express a strong opinion they will take pleasure in pointing out what's to be said for the other side. This won't lead to an argument or unpleasantness—Librans dread that—but might make for lively conversation. And if you tell Librans how smart they are and how much you've learned, you won't be making a mistake.
Librans dote on luxury and often judge people by the kind of places they go to. They believe first-class people never go to second-class places—unless they're slumming. Atmosphere means a good deal, and the wrong kind of setting is psychically disturbing. They don't care how expensive the right place is. Librans always think their pleasure is worth the price.
If you're trying to please a Libran, show that you have taste. Don't dress sloppily. Librans like to be proud of their dates. If you invite a Libran to your house, be sure the ambiance is right. No noisy stereo, no garish lighting. Dinner had better be delicious (even if you order it sent up from an expensive restaurant) and served on your very best china and crystal—preferably by candlelight. Good music is always helpful. Librans respond to harmonious sounds.
In general: Don't hold back on anything. Go all out. Whatever may be said against too much, too soon, Librans believe that that's a lot better than too little, too late.

Hon, you may be a bit too intense for the laid-back, noncommittal Libra man. (His loss!)
Libras are all about what they perceive as "fairness", and as a Scorpio, you are completely passionate about every aspect of your life, "fair" or otherwise! Now, Libras are very nice people. They are gentle, sweet and see both sides to every argument. But as a Libra, he will never share what is at the core of your very being---passion.
It's really not a good match, Hon. You'd do much better with Taurus, Virgo, Cancer, or another Scorpio.

He is sociable and he will enjoy good conversations in a harmonious environment. Try to get mentally in tune with him. Ask him about his views but don’t try to force your ideas or beliefs on him. He will enjoy socialising and meeting other people. Invite him for dinner but invite a few other people too to put him at his ease. Librans can be indecisive so it might take him a while to make up his mind. Find something for him to help you with as he will like to feel he can be useful to you. Don’t act possessive or controlling if and when you do get together. Let him have his way some of the time and remember, he hates arguments and discord.

When I was growing up my mother always told me, "Just be yourself and men will like you," or "If he doesn't like you it is his loss." Sound familiar? Well it never felt like his loss. It felt like mine.
Perhaps you have wondered why women who might not be as pretty smart, talented or funny as you always seem to have dates on Saturday night, while you stay at home in front of the tube. The answer is one that you may have guessed - they know the how to attract men.
Most women think that you have to be a supermodel to attract a quality man. This is simply not true. Any woman that can follow my tips can increase her chances of finding a great guy by up to 80%.
How to attract men?
1 Stand in the middle of the room
Whenever you go to a party, try standing in the center of the room. (Don't hunch your shoulders, slouch, or wear a pair of shoes that hurt your feet so much you can't stand to stand.) Move around a little, talk with people near you, but if you want to be in a position to choose who you want to meet, never sit down. Stand smack dab in the middle of the crowd. When you see someone interesting, move near them--gracefully-- and start a conversation.
2 Know What You Want Ahead of Time
Most women are simply embarrassingly grateful if any man asks them out. When you focus on the kind of man that you want you begin to unconsciously send out signals to that type of man that you would like to be approached.
3 Prepare Yourself Mentally
Visualize yourself being approached by the type of man you are interested in. Put as much detail into this image as possible. What will you say? What will you do? Picturing this ahead of time will make sure that you are never at a loss as to what to say.
4 Be aware of your body language
Body language is everything. Smile a lot, look people in the eyes, and when you see someone you are interested in, tilt your head, drop your eyes, and then look back at him.
