You've got Kylie Minogue, pop singer. One of her songs is that catchy Can't get you out of my Head. Then there is Air Supply. Cheesy 80's love songs. (Yet they still get stuck in my head) There is also Keith Urban, Country singer. There are tons of others. For starters, I found a page that lists some of them. It also has actors as well as other prominent figures.

Country is popular, even if some people don't want to admit it. Most of the people i went to school with always made fun of it, but since i've graduated, i run into those people at country concerts and line dancing...i bet they liked it all along and in school were too worried about what others considered "cool" to admit it. A lot of people i know that listen to rock or metal actually like a lot of the older country artists as well. I can listen to just about anything except rap, and pop country. Classic country is the best in my opinion. But I know there are a bunch of people out there that like all kinds of country.
