I would encourage everyone to use green bags when shopping and tell everyone to save energy so our kids/grand kids don't have to suffer the consequences of climate change. What about you guys?

A day wouldn't even be long enough to figure out the structure of government. I could make silly decrees, but they'd be reversed the moment I was out of office. So I'd just go and meet Congress, ambassadors, dignitaries, and other important people, so that I'd have contacts when I was no longer President (apply this to Parliament, ministers, dignitaries, etc. in British government, although perhaps I'd get to meet the Queen?) Then I'd know more about governmental structure at first hand and could make intelligent choices when I decide to push alternative fuels, manufacturing oversight, and health care/retirement reform. I would abolish the new IR laws that make it so easy for employers to abuse the workers. I would make people have to apply for a license to own a pet, and make it compulsory to sterilize pets for everyone except registered breeders. I would bring back free milk every day for all primary school children.

Only for the day.... let's see..... how about a National BBQ Day, with every single person required to show up in the middle of town with an empty plate, and their appetite!
Once you've licked sauce off your fingers and pried a niblet out of your teeth with another person, it's real hard to be mean to them.

The amount of money the government make on GST, i would cut income tax, and tax on petrol completely, i would also make medicare free again.

i would give back all the tax money to the working poor
and take more from the rich sob's that have loop holes all over to keep their money
i would also give national health care to everyone who can't afford it lower taxes in general and pay the farmers MORE
