Hey, guy - If this is on the level, it's really rare. You didn't say when the hair started growing or if the skin under the hair is a different color than the skin of your glans (head). There's a very slim chance it could be a Becker's nevus or a Becker's nevus co-existing with a smooth muscle hamartoma. A Becker's nevus is benign, but other hypertrichotic (growing hair) lesions may turn malignant (cancerous). Your best bet is have a dermatologist check it out. You may actually be able to barter your exam and treatment fees in exchange for the rights for your dermatologist to publish your case in a journal. Good luck.
