There are 4 ace cards in a deck of cards probabilty of getting an ace is
p(ace) = 4/52

Now,
There are 13 cards in a deck which are clubs, but we want the probability of the card not being a club, so
Number of cards which are not a club = 52-13
= 39
P(not club) = 39/52

The probability of the card being an ace or not a club is
= 4/52 + 39/52 -1/52
= (4 + 39 - 1)/52
= 42/52
= 21/26

there are 4 ace cards in a deck of cards
probabilty of getting an ace is = 4/52

there are 13 cards in a deck which are clubs
but u want the probability of the card not being a club
no of cards which is not a club is= 52-13
= 39
probability of the card not being a club=39/52

combining the above two
we get that........
the probability of the card being an ace or not a club is
= 4/52 + 39/52 -1/52
i am doing -1/52 as there is an ace card which is a club
and u dont want to calculate the probability for it twice

the final answer is= 42/52

Out of 52, there are 12 chances of clubs other than aces. So, 40 chances of the card not being a club.
And 4 chances of an ace.
So, there is 1/13 probability of an ace and 10/13 probability of card not being a club.

Since there are 4 aces in the pack and 52 cards there is a 1 in 13.5 chance it will be an ace. Since there are 13 cards in a suite and 4 suites that leaves 39 cards that are not clubs. Therefore you have 13 chances in 52 of it being a club and 39 chances of it not. Thus I theorise that if we subtract the 13 from the 39 that leaves 26 but anyway I reckon the odds of it being a club are 1 in 3.3 or conversely 3 to 1 for it NOT being a club. Simple logistics.

There are 4 aces in the deck, and 39 cards which are not clubs:

The probability to choose a card which is an ace or not a club is:

P(Ace of clubs) + P(non-club cards) = 1/52 + 39/52 = 40/52 =
= 10/13.

The rest of the aces are in the "non-club cards", so we won't count them twice.

you want a card that is an ace (there are 4) or not a club (there are 3*12 that are not an ace and not a club)

so probability = 40 / 52

The probability of that card being that you said depends upon the way you pick up ,the order of the cards at the time of your picking the card, the number of the cards in each colour and design, and the position of stars at the time of picking, the company that made the cards, the place where you pick up and the speed with which you pick up, the top design on the cards and your luck .If all goes well too the picked card may be just may slip from your hand before you have time to see it and fly away in the heavy wind and is untraceable,The wind also carries some more cards to make it complicated to make an imagination.Any way if you are lucky you may get that in first attempt. The luck has no probability
