Most packaging (cans, boxes, etc) have weights and volumes in both English and metric values in the U.S.

One of the easiest grocery store items that is measured in the metric system is bottles of soft drinks (or soda). Usually, you can find 2-Liter bottles.

If you look carefully at most of the pre-packaged items, you should be able to see metric measurements (they are generally smaller, and located towards the bottom of the item).
