Yes, I guess it is. You may just 'feel like your not pregnant anymore' or have pelvic pain. Usually though, bleeding does occur at some point. However, if the miscarriage is incomplete the hospital will carry out a precedure called a d+c (dilation and curettage).

It is possible for a baby to pass away, but not pass from your body. When I had my miscarriage, my baby passed away at 5 weeks, but I had no bleeding until I was 8 weeks along.
If you believe that there is something wrong, it is best to visit your doctor. Unfortunately, there can be nothing done if the child has already passed away. I was also told that at my point in pregnancy, there was nothing that could be done to stop a miscarriage.
However... it is possible to be perfectly fine and just not feel pregnant. Most pregnant women go through days where they just don't feel pregnant (when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had those days when I was 7-8 months along!). It is possible that you are just having one of those days.
If you believe that there is something wrong, make an appointment to see your doctor. Just keep in mind that it is possible to have no symptoms and still have a healthy pregnancy.
Good luck.

dont think you did hunni you start 2 bleeding non-stop, A miscarriage is very painful and you would bleed a lot, I think if you did you would have bled for much longer, you pass same tissues or plasma while bleeding, Sometimes our bodies do strange things like miss periods.when you misscarry even at that early stage you would have a more heavy period than usual with lots of clots.. The best advice I can give if u are trying is to relax it will happen when it happensxxxx

If a miscarriage occurs there will be some bleeding for sure. It's part of the process.

hi, im just gettin over losing a baby at wat i thought was 12 weeks, i went for first scan, was told pregnancy had ended at 5 weeks probably due to the size, and no heartbeat, i had no bleeding apart from some spots of brownish blood a couple of times, it was such a shock cos i had no idea, just bombed with it, me and boyfreind were devastated, the scan unit sorted out a womb evacuation as my miscarridge never came away, i would of been 14 weeks by the time i had it done, still no show! i thought u would know if you were having one, so if you are worried make them check you over, its horrible not knowing, hope its all ok though.

Yes. There is something called a missed miscarriage where there are no symptoms, and the miscarriage is only picked up when there is a scan.

if you feel a strange pain in your tummy... it could be the beginning, but then, you would have to bleed at some point (even if it is a few days after) in order to allow your body to evacuate what was in there. If you have any doubt, call your midwife....
