Yes. I've actually heard of couples like this- in Carol Queen's "The Leather Daddy and the Femme", there are two guys who want to have sex changes to become lesbian women, except that they love being gay men so much.

In Holly Brubach's book "Girlfriend: Men, Women, and Drag", there's a fantastic, sexy picture of two men dressed in drag caught in an intimate moment- looking for all the world like lesbians (if they actually wanted sex changes, I'm not sure). It remains one of the hottest pictures I've ever seen.

So, to answer your question, yes. If two women are attracted to one another, regardless of if they used to be men and used to be solely attracted to men, then they are lesbians.

Don't listen to those who say they would still be men, people who get a "sex change" go through extreme emotional distress over how they are interacted with and their apperance and how incongruent it is with their bodies, and this is the only way that they can achieve the happiness with themselves most people take for granted.
