1. Because the leaders of Iran have not systematically imposed their ideology, industry, ethics and philosophy of acceptable government on the rest of the planet like the Bush administration has.
2. Because Iran has not mounted any full-scale "pre-emtive" assaults of any sovereign nations. Bush has.
3. Because Iran has not perpetrated any false-flag "terrorist" attacks upon it's own citizens. Bush has.
(see listed source below)
4. Because the Iranian government has not stolen two consecutive elections from their rightful winners using rigged elections, legal trickery and outright voter fraud. Bush has.
5. Because Iranian leaders have not set up a vast global network of prisons where upon their own "authority" they detain citizens of any country they choose without due process, any legal oversight, clear charges against inmates, or any basic, fundamental human rights resulting . Bush has.
6. Because Iran does not claim it's right to torture anyone, from any country, at any time based upon it's own assertions that the person in question is a "terrorist".
Bush does that too.
7. Because Iran does not claim to be the world's leader and role-model for the cause of "peace and freedom". Bush does.
Really, this list could go on and on. How people can't see this administation for the abomination and atrocity that it is is beyond me.
Oh, and did you forget that a huge percentage of Iran's weaponry was purchased from the US? Look into Bush's dad.
And HIS dad, Prescott Bush, was a supporter of the nazis for chistsakes.
These people have been soulless, self-serving, eletist, machiavelian, racist, sexist, fork-toungued reptiles for generations. They are the worst, most shameful, elements in American history since the near complete obliteration of the native American peoples and the shameful institution of slavery.

Well maybe it's because Bush starts wars against countries under false pretenses getting support with false documents. It is also Bush who is saying Iranian government is fighting our troops and it's him who is "suspicious of Iran making nukes" without any evidence. When was the last time Iran "preemptively" struck another country? lol
Don't take my word for it, research it.

Worded as your question is, I would hope Iran would perceive Bush as a threat to their little plan of world domination. Instead, US Liberals think Bush is hurting world peace. I think he is trying to avert a third world war.
I blame our media. Look at the perceptions here on Y!A about what is going on over there. Even Conservatives asking questions about "winning the war ON Iraq."
There is a disconnect.

It seems to me that most people understand that the Iranian president is a bit radical and confrontational. The problem comes when Bush's policies give him a credible complaint. Nothing makes me more sick to my stomach than watching Ahmejinedad spout off and being forced to think, "You know, he's got a good point there. And Bush gave it to him to use."

Because people hate Bush and want to deny that the problem of terrorism exists.
They think that if Bush is gone we can all go back to the days when we were blissfully IGNORANT of the threats we face.
It's sad to see. And dangerous.

Because it's comforting and easy to blame the US, After all, everyone in Europe and liberals in America know that the US will never do anything "mean" to them, so they feel perfectly safe calling the US the big danger. Calling terrorists the danger, might tick them off.
