Well, Hitler certainly believe the Jews were to blame for Germany losing WWI, so the rest of that might well be true.

Acutally, it is more involved than that. Hitler's hatred of Jews goes back well before WWI - it is clear in _Mein Kampf_ that he inbibed the predjudices and propaganda he found in Vienna - if not before. He - as well as many others, both Nazi and other right wing groups - blamed the Jews for Germany's defeat of WWI is because they were an easy target and because he already was prejudiced. Many right wingers wanted a scapegoat for Germany's defeat - it must be remembered that NONE of WWI was ever fought on German soil, and most of the soldiers and populace did not know the lack of resources that ultimately led the German High Command to sue for peace. German soldiers were still on foriegn soil when the news of defeat and the treaty reached them. Then the treaty was extremely punative, on top of everything else. Unemployment in Germany skyrocketed, and inflation ate up the pensions and savings of many middle class Germans. Thus there were many old soldiers who had fought in WWI who were without work and without purpose. On top of everything else, democracy was forced upon the German people by the allies, and many Germans were unhappy with it. Most Nazis viewed the Republic as an instrument of social decay and moral erosion.
If you really want to know what Hitler thought about Jews and WWI, read _Mein Kampf_. Yes, it is a piece of prejudice paranoid drivel that rambles terribly BUT it will tell you what Hitler thought. He spells out his plans for Germany and his view on Jews quite clearly in it. Palestine isn't mentioned that I recall. [Note to others - do not take this as a support of Hitler's views - I think he was a madman - but to know what he thought and why he at least claimed to think it I am advocating going "to the horse's mouth" so to speak. I do not agree at all with his writings or views and never ever will.]

Tut tut- you really are clueless about history aren't you? Htler hated Jews for many reasons- mostly to do with his racial theories that the Aryans were the master race, with all others ranked below them, with the Jews and the Romany (Gypsies) at the bottom. Hitler was actually supportive of Zionism in his early years since he saw it as a means to encourage Jews to leave Germany and thus help to make a nice Judenrein (Jew free) country. It was only after he met and signed agreements with teh Grand Mufti of jerusalem in the 1930s that he changed his mind. But hey- nothing ever stopped anti-Semites from trying to claim that Hitler was anything other than the genocidal madman that he was!

WOW!! Do you need a lesson in history!! You are totally incorrect in your theory. I am amazed you were able to fabricate such a scenario. Hitler's plan was to use the Jews as a scapegoat for his own failures and in the process take control of all of Europe. I mean, that is probably the reason he INVADED so many European countries. You think??
Chow!!

Hitler blamed the Jews for creating the immoral world of the 1920's. He blamed the slavic peoples for creating communism, and blamed socialists and jews for the signing of the Versaille treaty and used this to justify calling them traitors. That is an interesting take on it though, could you please post where you got that information I'd like to see it.

The key bit of information needed is evidence that Jewish germans betrayed Germany in the first world war. You need that evidence.

You seem to have left out the most important piece of information.
Adolf Hitler was an evil, paranoid, raving, lunatic and so were all his followers.

what you are saying was his excuse to kill Jews, it wasn't the reason. the reason was that Jews were very rich, so he though if he could make the people of Germany hate then he could kill the Jews and take their money make himself and his party richer.
