I do not find any reason for changing the captain. If at all a new captain is to be selected, I prefer selecting a youngster who got many years of cricket left in him instead of changing the captain very frequently which is not at all going to help the team.

Ganguli is 34 right now...He had made it clear that this was his last World Cup..So probably in the next year or two he might retire from International Cricket...So in such a situtation he cannot be made the Captain..

It is the Board's decision which is accepted by whole India. As an individual, never think that you are only a cricket fan and Ganguli is equally capable but the Sportsman spirit for total India is given top interest and prioirity.

the board will never take ganguli as captain since they get there ego out in this matter......... they make ganguli ruled out for months and if they again make him captain it will be a real shame for them...... they feel ocward,this is the only reason why they are not making ganguli as a captain again...... rahul is a good player but not a good captain........ they are making cricket a political affair more than a play ground.......!!!!!!!! with this condition of indian team ganguli is the only deserving captain and not sehwag or rahul or sachin........

Haven't you heard of the New Cricket League? If they will pay more , then there might be so many ODI teams! Ha! Ha!! Anything for money. People even change names for the sake of money_ shah rukh 'mayur' khan!!!
