i am using apache server on vpn server side and i want to access file(*.php) from httdoc folder from clinet. so what should i do on server side or client side to open php page on client side.

Well all a VPN does is make you a Local Network User from a remote location. When you setup the user on the server you grant the user whatever rights you want them to have if that user is granted rights to that folder then they have access.

Once your are connected to the network you use your client just as anyother computer on the network. So all you should have to do is access the httdoc folder and open whatever you like.
I am guessing you wanted them to open the file for editing.
If not all they need to do is use a web browser to open the page.
