i have a 250W power supply for my PC
can i replace it with a 350W power supply ..... or will that damage my PC?

It won't damage anything, the wattage doesn't increase voltage to your components, it simply allows for more or more power hungry devices to be added to your system.

Yes, but for a few more $$$ I'd go to at least a 500W. And if you have a Dell, watch using another Supply. Dell used to have some of the wiring reversed on the connectors but I am not sure it's still the case.

It won't hurt your PC as long as the new one is compatible with the motherboard. Most are.

you could put 1000 watts in there and it wont hurt anything
