Sorry to give you the bad news, but it's not staining. It's scratches.... it just looks like stains because the are so microscopic. I imagine you use a powder soap. You'll need to start using a cream or liquid soap to stop the scratching. Sorry for the bad news....

If it's truly a stain caused by soap residue, then a little white vinegar will dissolve the white residue.
However, the rough mechanical treatment of the dishwasher might actually be scratching the glass, in which case there's no home remedy to restore the surface of the glass. If you can find someone locally who blows glass or works with glass, they can sometimes remelt the surface and smooth it.
Or, the glass-etching paste used by craftspeople can be used to etch the entire outside of the glass or in a design to mask the scratching.

Its erosion of the glass and theres no way to bring them back to the original state im afraid whatever you use. Its the dishwasher that causes it, thats just the way it is, just dont put good glasses or china in the dishwasher, as its too powerful, you should wash them by hand but then why have a dishwasher?

Jet Dry in the dishwasher.
I knew a limo driver that always washed them by hand using ice cubes. The ice polished the glasses as they cleaned them.
It is not a good idea to put fine glass or crystal in the dishwasher. Too much chance of breakage.

it can be just calcar - depends on the water in your area.
There are some special products against calcar - also for dishwashers.
A glass can also look very good if you clean it with paper, after washing it - try to give it a shine. It takes some time though.
There are also some very good spray cleaners designed for glass.
