Or do as others suggest - seek your basic inner thoughtsfeelings/inclinations and determine which made you feel/do the best and encourage those inner parts of you.

After doing a personal fearless moral inventory of your self, you can deepen those areas of good and try to eliminate the destructive parts of your personality.
