3 captains (rahul,sachin,sourabh )with international enough experience, also who make all decisions and headlines, we dont need a coach at all

The main problem with the team is having so many ex-captains in the team and everybody thinks that he is above all and nobody can find a fault with him or tell him anything even if commits a mistake or do not play well.

I don't actually agree with you. Coach is required to hone the skills of the players as well as to guide and encourage them. But the trouble with Indians is that whenever the team is unable to perform, the entire blame is put on the coach esp. when the coach is an outsider and also controversial as Greg Chapell was. No doubt we have very experienced players like Sachin, Rahul and Sourav but a coach is always required but I will prefer an Indian coach as it is easy to communicate and develop a rapport with each other.

There is ONE important reason why Indian team needs a coach.
Guess what?
The next time when they lose a game they need to put the blame on some one know. That is why they need a coach

This time Indian players escaped by putting the blame on coach especially sachin, shameless creature. We have believed him for so many years and look at the way he got out aganist srilanka.
India is about to play australia in 17 ODI and 4 test matches next year. Let me see what Sachin, the great GOD of Indian cricket is going to do?

Ok! Why don't you try to go run the team then if you think this will work have you seen these 3 captains performance its horrible! They Definitely Need A Coach! Or Else next time they wont even be allowed to enter the world cup! XD

India won the WC in 1983 without any coach. I don't know why teams need coach at the International level.
He is not going to help the players technically.
It is impossible or unfair to change the technique of players.

That cannot be a solution ...because that would mean that the three of them will take their place in the starting 11 for granted...Further who will correct these people when they go wrong...
