You are the light of the world can anyone explain this from the bible.

it is showing that jesus is the person who will bring the rest of the world out of the darkness it also shows his importantce if you need an example to show this then use christingles you know with the orange, the candle in the top represents the lite of the world (Jesus). if you are not religios or dont go to church then you will not understand this as well ,but in church thats all they talk about.
