Im guess his *** is sweating too much. It happens to everyone in a hot summer day but not that often. When he move around, his sweaty *** cheeks would grip on to the fabric and wen he stands upright again, he'd get a wedgie. If nadal really wants to stop doing this, he should wear briefs while playing tennis. Alot of other sportsmen wear either tight sport boxers or briefs for sport. In wimbledon, wen they are wearing white, u can tell players like djokovic and federer wears briefs.

Nadal grabs his underpants before he serves for probably two reasons. 1. He's probably used to doing it before he serves. 2. They probably give him a wedgie because of how tight the pants and his underwear are, plus he sweats and has to grab them out. He's still hott though.
