SAP: Secondary Audio Programming.
Basically it means that your television has an aditional language option. Mostly used for Spanish dubbing, the channels that have SAP capability allow the viewer to watch the same program while listening to the sound in another language (again, usually Spanish) instead of subtitles.
ie; if you like the ABC show Lost you can watch the show but hear the audio in Spanish instead of standard English.
A secondary language in which to pay attention to a show on television.
