Usually for hacking a program hackers use a hex editor to see the actual computer code of the program and change what they need.

I dont think there is one , elite code , for hacking and cracking , diffrent cracks and hacks are done in many diffrent languages , remmber the issue of compatability , of programing languages which is an issue at times , that is why many programmers know many languages in order to work in many diffrent enviroments and situations , well at least the good programers know more then 1 language .
