the taskbar has dissappeared?? what can i do?

it appears when windows start and then dissapear before i can do any thing ???

Move your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen. If it turns into a smaller black arrow, click and drag the mouse up about an inch and release. Your taskbar should re-appear.

If not, repeat on the top and sides, someone may have played a trick on you.
