Invest in a good quality sport bra. Sagging is caused by the constant bouncing. If you feel yourself bouncing when you run, your bra isn't supportive enough.

If you have a good supportive bra you would not get saggy breasts from running competitively.

You can't stop breast growth.

breasts are mostly fatty tissue, and very lean persons naturally will have smaller breasts, in general. running competitively will encourage a lean body, so growth will be limited; it will also promote sagging unless a very supportive bra is used consistently. a certain amount of sagging is just a natural result of age and childbearing, so ladies, don your bras! or kneepads, your choice :)

yes. breast are made up of fat and glands. as you noe fat are able to migrant to diff part of body. if there isnt good support, the fats will move to the waist area when u run or stand for long period of time. the same goes when you sleep as fats will migrant to the should blades. esp when one gets old due to the tissue within. to prevent slagging, constant massage is important.

as for prevent breast growth is hard. it depends on you ancestors genes as well as the food you take in.
