I live in Turkey, I can get you one no problem. What colour and engine size do you require? No licence needed, I will even throw some Turkish Delight in for you. Happy flying.

hi, the Yellow Desert.... 3 Rock from the oasis on your left. The license comes with the carpet.

Try ebay, you only need a license in Uzbekistan. All other former Soviet Republics don't require a license.
