As I look out, across the freshly tilled garden I almost busted my back getting ready, where the bush beans, green and yellow wax, have been planted, I notice my hard work was wasted because we've got over 3" of snow and ice. Is that anyway to plant puppy-dog's tails?

Yes my garden is my pride and joy we have fresh produce all year round...

But I had all kinds of great success when we had a country store years ago...

Water..weed n feed..
Harvest at appropriate time...
