If I could increase & decrease the volume of my voice then I'd surely increase my voice so all the people in India can hear me & I can say loud & proud that "INDIA IS THE BEST!!!!"

I would increase the normal volume of my voice. I am extremely soft spoken. People are always asking me to repeat myself.
It actually hurts my throat to speak louder than I normally do. I have an uncanny ability to hear what others are saying though. It drives people nuts especially when they're talking about me!

i dont quite get ur question or anythin else on up there...but from what i do get... i think we already can increase or desrease the volume of our voices !!! its our mouth we choose whether to talk loud or soft. ... ....you should try and make ur questions sound more sensible to others cause im sure they do to u but if u want answers dont let em sound so vague and weird to the rest of the crowd !
