got scared..coz of white hairs!!!!!?

i am reallyy worried about my white hairs
i am just 18 years old,but my hairs start turning white
what do u think
what wud be the reasonz behind this??
any kind of tention is the main reason??
or sumthing like other
some food or whateva??
i am reallyy tensed!!
kindly help me!!

Genetics can sometimes play a part in how soon someone gets white hair but I would definitely get this checked out by your dr to see if some kind of hormone imbalance could be playing in to this.

One of my friends started getting gray hair at thirteen. Get it checked out by your doctor.
