I admire your optimism but the world will never be completely rid of terrorism...it has, it and always will be a part of our society. The best and most important thing we can do is try and understand one another and hope for a better tomorrow.

You've had some very stupid answers so far. We can never be free from terrorism because we don't know who the enemy is. They don't wear uniforms, there are an unlimited number of recruits willing to die for the cause and they can strike anywhere in the world at any time and will continue to do so. Bush is stupid to say 'we can win the war on terrorism', The only way to free the planet from terrorism is to let each country settle their own problems without the USA trying to rule the world according to their standards and beliefs

Well we could overthrow the united states government. That would be a pretty good start. Other than that, we could stop killing people in foreign lands and protect our own boarders.
It is not conceivable to end terrorism completely. As long as we have poor less educated people you will have extremist.
Well maybe the us will take a good foot hold in the middle east and slowly get into the resources. Than it's only a matter of time until we have a one world government. If we make it that far, things might get better. Maybe.

For the environment, the birds,and animals, we humans are the terrorists. Our midless killing of animals and birds, cutting down trees and destroying the environment ,which is home to so many creatures, shows how ruthless we are. If we stop this, maybe terrorism will die too.

Stop supporting Israel. Desist from all current military interventions in the world. Build some factories and get america back on track. It wont rid the world of terrorists but would fix americas problems

Shooting Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz and the rest of the crew at PNAC and the CIA would be a real good start. Closing our 750 military bases in other peoples countries would probably be a real big boost too.
