Today I make 23 weeks and Ive been feeling real kicks for about 3 days. I thought something was wrong with my baby because i never felt kicks but every time I had an ultrasound they said how she was very active and stubborn. I heard the more weeks you are the less room for the baby to move (as the baby is getting bigger) and thats when u feel "real" kicks

Can't remember exactly, but I felt the flutters at 14 weeks which was very unusual for a first pregnancy, and the kicks started at about 20 weeks. From then on, he never stopped kicking...

As I didn't know what was real or not, with my 1st it wasn't till about 23 weeks. I was resting in the bath tub, and he kicked so hard that I thought the shampoo bottle had fallen on my bump. I was so touched by the moment, I cried (you know how those hormones are, lol). And then I realised, what I'd thought had been increasing indigestion, must of in fact been gentle baby movements for weeks.
With my 2nd I knew what to look for, and I felt them very early. At about 13-14 weeks I felt the baby move something(arm, leg, or bottom?) across my tummy, and give a little jab.
My 3rd wasn't quite as active as my 2nd. His 1st movement was around 18 weeks.
Every woman's body is different, and every pregnancy is different. My 3 boys have been so very different, but also very much the same...if that makes any sense, lol!
Wishing you all the best with your special little person.

I felt flutters in the 4th month but didn't feel kicks until about the 6th month. It's hard to tell what feelings are with your first baby not knowing what to expect experiencing everything for the first time. Hope this helps and happy health to you and baby.

Real movements of the fetus (baby) are REAL movements when felt after the second half of the second trimester (by then, the limb muscles of the baby are well developed, and strong enough to make you feel the movements) we are talking about the 25-30th week of pregnancy.
By the way, your question is the third most common question in general obstatrical offices.
Overenthusiastic mothers-to-be, sometimes feel "baby movements" in the first or second month of pregnancy.
Those are caused by the movements of colon gases (Big bowel movements) and are NOT related to movements of the baby.
The movements are really baby movements, if seen from the outside by persons other than the mother, and when they are occasionally seen in at the end of the second trimester(6th month) during an ultrasound (it is more frequent than you think), and confirmed by the radiologist performing the ultrtasound-

Usually around 20 weeks. I started feeling flutters in my 17th week, kicks around 20. But hubby couldn't feel them until about 22-23 weeks.
