Well, I was pregnant and I already gave birth. It's been almost 4 months since I gave birth. I had my period already on the 1st of March and I thought I was supposed to have it again this month, but I didn't. I did have sex but he didn't "leak" in me. What is the meaning of my missed period? Am I just adjusting to be regular?

If you are breast feeding your periods can be very un predictable, and your body could be trying to just re adjust your cycle again. Just to be on the safe side I would suggest you do a pregnancy test. Because it can happen so soon after giving birth.

I have had a period before that was 1 month late and nothing was wrong. I'm sure you will be just fine. If you are scared you can always take a test but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Get a pregnancy test. Even if he did "leak" in you, there is a small amount that does come out. After having your baby, it is extremely easy to get pregnant again.

It sounds like you could be trying to get regular again but I would definitely get in touch with the dr to see what they think could be going on.
