bought new comp resently + a new tv card everything work fine but not the tv card. I installed the tv card on onorther comp and worked. what could be my problem

after you install the card make sure the drivers are installed in hardware device manager, you can get latest drivers from the card manufacture site

If your tv tuner card does not work in your pc the reason is the dust is in your PCI slot. then you must install this card to another PCI slot. after detecting the new hardware you must install the tuner card software which is provided with tv tuner card. it may work.

It depends on the configuration of your computers bios,or compatibility of your computer software, the installation of hardware and software on your computer have a limitation on their configuration.
