Normally, after a surgically managed labor, an average time of 32 to 45 days is the rule.
Do not be surprised nor confused if you have some residual clots from the cesarean wound (they look like a menstrual staining) during the first 7-10 days. However you will notice that they are not menstrual fluids Loquia), because there are no colic pains when you are staining your external tampons (External tampons are compulsory in the first month after any c-section) as to avoid the entrance of external microbia and the so feared "toxic shock syndrome" which is getting rarer nowadays for reasons we still dont understand.
You are bottle nursing your baby, and that will help even more, (as you correctly know, the suckling of the baby will favour the normal contractions of the uterus, however continuous oxytocin stimulation may lenghten the appearance of the menstrual period).
Normal sexual relations are quite well tolerated after 6 weeeks counting as the first day,the day of the Hospital discharge.

It can be anywhere from 6 weeks to many months. Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. Some women who breast feed don't get their periods for a longer time but some do. No one can say for sure.

I have had 3 kids and each time it was a different length of time from birth til first period. Of course you have to consider its your first period after all the bleeding stops from after giving birth.

C-sections are the worst to get over. Periods cannot be timed. Some have periods right away. some go two months, and some go ten months and have a surprise at the end of that ten months, another baby. Bbbbbeee careful

Well normally you will bleed after giving birth for a few weeks. It will go away, then about a month later you will get your period again unless you are breast feeding in which time most women don't get a period until they stop. It also aids in tightening your vaginal walls again & flattening of the abdominals.

That depends on a lot of factors. Are you breastfeeding? Are your cycles normally regular? Are you overweight or underweight? Are you on any medications? The short answer is between 1 month to 1 year depending on those factors.

You don't get your period right away as someone has answered. That's "Lochia", the blood your uterus sheds as it returns to normal.

You should of got your period straight away. I also had a c-section and had my period as soon as my baby was born. It lasted for around 6 weeks.

injury via bleeding generally happens once you first start up delivery administration because of the creation of the pills hormones into your physique. although, if it maintains, you may desire to verify your surgeon to alter to a distinctive kind, because of the fact it is not standard to consistently bleed on BC
