I loved the movie. She gets angry at him in the movie and says something to the hotel guy, implying that there is a sexual relationship... results in them getting evicted... but the relationship is purely like that of a good, loving, and protective father (howbeit a Rambo - like hitman - father) in the movie.
Just love that Jean Reno!

The answer is probably no, but the nuances of it all is very jarring. And it definitely was not really a 'good', 'pure' relationship, dude. No way.
If anyone thought it was, you really have to watch the movie on DVD again with the naiveté option switched off.
