t-60 = 10^4
t = 60 + 10000 = 10060

(if some other base x):
t - 60 = x^4
t = 60 + x^4

If log (t - 60) = 4, then t - 60 = 10^4 = 10000, since the log of 10000 is 4.

t - 60 = 10000
t = 10000 + 60
t = 10060
