Skype is a program that allows you to talk with a mic and headphones or a verball with another person with skype for free you can also buy skypeout credit that allows you phone landline phones...etc and if you dond have headphones or any of that then it works a bit like live messenger now skype can use a webcab aswell and if you need more help them my skype name is bossverball or look for ggmalo (a.k.a. me)

one of the providing companies for VOIP or voice over internet protocol among engin & others ( search for voip provider ), providing ultra cheap or even in some cases free 'phone calls ' using a pc mike & speakers , the only real disadvantage is you & your party need to be 'online ' at the same time to call & talk
