Hmmm... been a LOT of places while on Military Duty (and I'm Retired Military) so ...
I enjoy my home near the Gulf Coast (FL) -- and the way that the area is military friendly.
Most of the duty stations were good ... but ...
the WORST ... California. Most Unfriendly, least supportive of the Military, So costly to live there (for such a horrible place to be -- and stressful to the max), and some of the worst treatment I've ever been subjected to has been from this state. Given that it was near La-La Land (you know, place with all those drug-crazed and nutty so-called 'celebrities') ... that is why it was such a HORRIBLE place to be.

Friendliest : Philippines, yet do no longer bypass to the the cities, bypass to the provinces the place human beings are only too desirous to help out in any way they are able to. maximum unfriendliest: Venice, Italy (additionally maximum costly)
