This couple have been talking for over a year. They have been knowing each other for 30 years. This couple have never had sex. After 30 years they both have families and good spouses. The fire is burning so deep with these two. Like the song kem sings they cannot stop loving and wanting each other.

If it had been meant to be it would have been. Lots of people have to tell themselves this. These people need to STOP talking.

No. The fact that they have gotten married, and have families, means that they should let go of the "what if's" from their past first love.

Their first love should just be part of the past, that can no longer be. It would not do them any good to pursue this because it is not just two persons involved now. There are two couples/four persons PLUS the children. Think about the children who would be part of a broken family, because their parent/s have decided to pursue their first love.

If they were single and unattached, then it would be okay to go ahead and pursue the past. But, they are not. It will really depend on whether it is worth the risk, to see their families unhappy because of this decision....

most people have no idea where there first love is. if they got together after all this time chances are the fire would burn hot for a while then fizzle out. it's the anticipation of what could have been. the grass isn't always greener on the other side.
