The Hudson River Ninjas -- good luck finding 'em though.
There's also the Rockaway Beach Ninja Troop, but they're just wannabe's.

I would tell you but, then I'd have to kill you! Just kidding! The only "clan" I know of from that area is the Wu-tang clan (they're from Staten Island)
