What do you do if the bottom of your foot starts itching in public?

I start screaming and crying, then I run to the nearest bathroom where I lock myself in the stall, dial 911 and wait for the ambulance.
































































I scratch it. Duh!

Well if I've got sandals on, it's a simple matter to discreetly scratch it. With more substantial shoes, I'd probably just wriggle my foot within the confines and hope that gets the itch. (especially if I had on my high heeled boots with the zippers half way up the shins.)

Stamp my foot....
Find a nice quiet place and slip the shoe off and scratch with my other foot...

I slide my shoe off and scratch it, but NOT if I'm eating then I excuse myself and go into the bathroom to do it.

i slip both shoes off and scratch the itchy one with the big toe of the other one
