Is there a way to increase internal bandwith when you are living on steep hills?

Is there any way to increase internet bandwith when you are living on steep hills? Does cable work or maybe t1 or t3 connection increase it somehow? If you have affordable suggestions for residential, your help is very much appreciated

T1 and T3 connections are not affordable options for residence. Your options are DSL or cable. You would have to ask tour ISPs if they have different speed packages available and there prices.
