Unconsummated marriage means where no sexual intercourse took place between the couple. Only marriage ceremonies were preformed between the two declaring them husband & wife but they did not indulge in sexual intercourse to consummate such relationship.

There is no marriage which does'nt "consume" a man ;)
what ur talking about is unconsumated marriage which means that the couple is legally and lawfully married but have'nt made love to each other physically.

I'm guessing you mean unconsummated. This refers to a marriage where the married couple have yet to engage in sexual intercourse. In many cultures, a marriage without sex is not considered legitimate. Unconsummated marriages, for example, are easier to have annulled in the Catholic Church.

Unconsummated marriage means when spouses had no CHANCE of sexual intercourse. If they had such a chance with no sexual intercourse yet ruptured hymen, the law will presume a consummation of marriage, if claimed by either spouse.

When a couple i married, especially under the Catholic church, their marriage is not "real" or consumated until the couple has sex. That is the reason why honeymoons exist.
