Immune system/lymphatic system produce germ fighting cells inside the lymph nodes using precursor cells from the bone marrow. Mature germ fighting cells such as T-cells, B-cells, Killer cells etc... are transfered to the damaged tissue through blood vessels.

If I had to pick between the two, I would go with Immune System. Lymphatic system is more of the production of the immune cells, whereas immune system is used to describe the immune responses by these immune cells.

I believe the answer they are looking for is the lymphatic system. It's like the blood vessels, but for the immune system.
