He had a sidekick named Cursor. He also drove a Lamborgini with blue electroluminecent pinstriping. He was actually a real man with special effects added to his body to give the illussion he was ellectically generated. This show was around the same time as Manimal, Streethawk, etc.

It wasn't Maxheadroom, or Robocop. The computer guy on the show made a program that generated the man. He drove a Lamborgini, with electroluminecent blue pinstripes. A glowing light floated around that he called Cursor. The generated crime fighter would communicate with it as well as with the agent who created him. This series was short lived and as I said, was around the same time as Manimal, Streethawk, Knight Rider, etc.

automan was the name of the show. it starred Desi arnez Jr and chuck Wagner as a computer geek crime fighter who developes a computer generated alter ego named automan who could make 90 degree turns at full speed without centrifugal forces affecting him. I watched that show there were only 13 episodes produced before cancellation

Well, if it wasn't robocop was it Max Headroom?? I thought he was a cop or investigator of some sort even tho the head was computer generated.
