Cabbage, onions, capsicum and beans. Or try Thai food, I just got back from Thailand, my boyfriend and I were both the same in the bad smell department!!!!

It can be different for everyone - eggs, milk, soy products are one of my major gas producers, cruciferous veggies (brocolli, cauliflower) dried beans.
