I like both.
Avril is outspoken and is a talented artists.
Duff is a genuine person (which is not easily found among young hollywood), but I'm not really a fan of her music.

BOTH , they are different,. Duff is more pop and Avril, well she's pop but with a little bit of punk rock( even though shes not )But they r both hot and have catchy songs. Why dont u compare Hilary with the trainwreck of Lindsay?

i'm a AVRIL LAVIGNE fan!!! yea ROCK ON her songs actually mean something and i think she's a great role model!! her songs talk about peer pressure,etc!! GO AVRIL!!

i don't really like either singers all that much, but when it comes to picking, you gotta go with hilary duff. i have heard more of her songs than avril.

definitley not hilary duff...i hate her so much..shes such a goody goody and it makes me sick...no one is that good...oh and avril lavinge is a total sellout...i think its because she got married...but yea im iffy about avril an i hate duff
