my problem is that I can't find opportunities to meet people and get to know people.Even after I get to know some females,I have no idea on how to develop our relationship

Good luck! I have a few tips, though
I'd say first of all, find something in your life that you are passionate about, and pursue that. A guy who only wants a girl, and has nothing that he is pursuring, is a real turn-off for girls sometimes. But, if you are excited about something, chances are a girl will catch that excitement and join you.
Also, work on being caring, kind, loving, and especially romantic, if you want to get a girl. Like, if you are a clutz about asking girls out and keeping a good conversatin going, work on it until you get good, and then wow the girls.
Thirdly, and this is important: Be patient. Don't just marry the first girl you see. Wait until you find the right one - like brainstorm about what you want in a girlfriend/wife (even long term, like what kind of person do you want to raise your kids) and what kind of personality you really click with. Then just be patient until you find her. I can think of many people who get married too hurredly, and then later meet "their true love" who they really connect with.

I bet if you became consumed with YOU, your life, and your career, you'll probably stumble over someone without realizing it. You're concentrating on something that needs to happen. You cant provoke it. In the meantime, enjoy and get to know who YOU are.

no need to rush..coz u will regret when u in rush..
just search for the nice person that can be not only ur wife but a good mother for ur kids and to be ur friends and sometimes ur enemy..
