He works very hard to make himself look good he gets a 10. He does not work hard to make his team look good as of yet they have not secured their play-off spot he gets a 0. He gets a 10 for his skills but he cannot win a championship by himself I don't care if he scores a 100 points a game. If he could teams would not have to pay the four other players on the team all that money.

Well he doesn't work at passing the ball. I look at the overall game not just how many points he can score. He needs to be a better team player. Until then he gets a 4.
